The Flintec tension load cell range is ideally suited for process weighing, lifting and general measurement applications. Common uses include tank and silo weighing, patient hoist systems as well as tensile load cell machinery.

Our tension loadcell collection has been specifically designed for durability. Each unit is manufactured using stainless steel, along with glass-to-metal sealing. The Flintec tension link load cell family of products is accompanied by a collection of approvals, which include OIML, NTEP, ATEX and FM.

For optimum accuracy, we recommend using our market leading mounting hardware, which includes a self-aligning in-line load cell assembly, preventing unwanted forces affecting performance.

Overview

Available in a range of standard capacities from 1lb through to 10lb; the ISA is configured for tension and compression force measurement. Full-bridge, bonded foil strain gauge technology provides excellent long-term stability and ensures high performance even in applications requiring in excess of 1 million load cycles. The ISA built-in overload protection operates in both tension and compression modes.

Constructed from high grade aluminium, the sensor is protected by means of a stainless steel cover.

The ISA can be supplied with standard cable configurations or with industry standard connectors.
